PhilaFunk
A few months ago Jason told me about this site called PhilaFunk, whose m.o. is to help music-lovers find music, and help musicians sell tunes. There’s already a lot of ways to find new music—Google, MySpace, iTunes, or (the old-fashioned) going out to a good venue—but PhilaFunk tries to make this a fun and rewarding experience for both music fans and musicians. It also provides a really quick and easy way to distribute the type of demos I’m currently working on, for anyone who wants to own them.
